I recently talked to someone who could not make a decision. As a coach and mentor many of my clients ask for help. When it comes to real estate many say to me that if only they had made a decision things would be different. So true but dwelling on what they did or didn't do does not serve. In today's market things are volotile but it does not mean you can not move forward.
What is your next step? It is different for everybody. For some it may be to speak to a mortgage broker. For others it may be simply going to see a neighborhood. For many it may just be asking for information. What ever it is, I am here to help
